At NJ Mens, we strive to provide a seamless and convenient shopping experience from home. That’s why we offer a 10-day exchange policy, allowing you to exchange any item within 10 days of purchase.

Exceptions to the Exchange Policy:

Please note that there are certain scenarios where we may be unable to support exchanges, including but not limited to:

Requests made outside the 10-day exchange period.
Items that show signs of use or damage.
Products that have been tampered with.
Packages that are incomplete, including missing price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories.
Note: Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is confirmed, our rider will arrive at your doorstep within 3-4 days to pick up the original item and deliver the new item to you.

 

Refund Policy

NJ Mens does not offer cash refunds. However, there are specific cases where a refund may be issued:

- Order Cancellation: A refund may be processed on credit/debit card orders if the customer cancels the order before NJ Mens begins processing the shipment.

- Defective Item: If an item is found to be defective during quality control and is the only piece available, it will be removed from the order, and a refund will be issued.

Refunds may take approximately 24-48 hours to reflect in your account.
